      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prioritize and complete work independently, aligning goals with organizational needs
      - Analyze datasets for accuracy and identify variances
      - Manage the creation and flow of reports and datasets for internal and external stakeholders
      - Support revenue cycle and business application projects, including implementation and testing
      - Document processes clearly for analytics team and end-user awareness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or information technology-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access
      - Ability to learn billing and compliance regulations, including HSCRC/CMS
      - Understanding of CPT and ICD-10 code sets
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with revenue cycle management or business analytics
      - Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
