Job Description
- Req#: 837286900
- Plans, manages, directs, coordinates and supervises the functions, programs and activities of the division and performs delegated personnel management responsibilities.
- Functions, programs and activities include but not limited to Sports and Fitness, Automotive Skills, Outdoor Recreation, Community Club, Food and Beverage operations, ITR, and Campground, special events and concessionaire.
- Plans, directs, coordinates, and evaluates community wide revenue generating programs.
- Determines overall local policies for providing business and recreation services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must have a CDL and/or the ability to obtain one 60 days after on-boarding.
This position is located at Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA.

Qualifications:
1. Progressively responsible experience performing related duties, which demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of this position.
2. Experience in a supervisory capacity is mandatory.
3. Knowledge of the goals, concepts and techniques of a community activities program, including recreation, sports, entertainment and art, and of general management and business operations of various facilities is required.
