- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the Information Technology (IT) field, business administration, or information systems. In lieu of a degree, at least 12 years of experience in analytics, business or IT.
- 9+ years of experience in analytics, business or IT
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Experience in IT-related analytics.
- Demonstrated experience and success in leadership roles in managing large ERP platforms in a support capacity.
- Demonstrated experience and success in leadership roles in Oracle EBS ERP and ERP Related Systems.
- 9+ years of broad-based information systems or large platform leadership or ERP management experience.
- 5+ years management of large team of direct reports in a global support environment.
- 5+ years successfully managing a strategic vendor in a managed service environment
- Proven experience effectively communicating to business domain stakeholders and technical teams.
- 5+ years’ experience creating and delivering performance appraisals, goal setting and KPI development.
- Demonstrated leadership experience on multiple large-scale projects.
- Leader and evangelist of modern/modern technologies that drive awareness and adoption at all levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies (ITIL).
- Strong project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Inspires Action, Coordinates multiple initiatives.
- Establishes and develops broader company strategy and translates into multi-functional objectives.
- Leads activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups and services through subordinate directors / managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of assigned areas.
- Oversees team(s) to develop new methods and solve company-wide matters.
- Responsible for setting and executing the talent strategy through hiring, onboarding, learning & development, performance, succession planning, engagement, recognition, and inclusion, diversity, and equity practices.

- Develops and provides strategy, vision, and direction to multiple functions.

The Business & Technical Analysis Director is an influential leader who establishes and develops broader company strategy impacting the identification, evaluation and design of technology-based business solutions and the support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications. They identify and evaluate fundamental issues to solve complex business problems, drive system optimization and mitigate potential risk.

This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and the option for working remotely two days.
