What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives
- Provide expertise in designing and optimizing workflows related to electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with the AVP, Operations-Business Applications to develop and implement comprehensive training programs
- Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with segregation of duties and audit standards
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to facilitate resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Yardi EHR, eMAR, and associated modules
- At least 3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with clinical workflow processes and EHR best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding terminology
- Medical billing experience
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and communication skills
- Effective documentation and reporting skills
