- Serve as the welcoming face of the company, handling receptionist and clerical duties.
- Provide secretarial support to the Company Representative Officer (CRO) and bankers.
- Coordinate local and international travel and logistics.
- Manage diaries and scheduling.
- Organize meetings and logistics.
- Assist visiting JPMorgan bankers with administrative needs.
- Facilitate business continuity planning, including disaster recovery tests.
- Collect and process invoices for the Representative Office.
- Manage company invoices and travel expenses using the accounts payable system.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure general upkeep.
- Adhere to document retention policies and manage information for the legal entity.
- High School Diploma required.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Ability to quickly understand the local political and business landscape.
- Proficiency in diary management, with good judgment and an understanding of competing priorities.
- Excellent executive communication style, polished and professional approach.
- Experience in arranging travel and creating accurate itineraries.
- Proactive and ownership-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with expense management, systems, and cost control initiatives.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Team player with the ability to build networks and work collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Intermediate French language would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a corporate or financial environment.
