- A minimum of 3 years working in a sales role in a Bank of experience and a minimum of 2 years product management experience successfully delivering product solutions.
- Domain knowledge in FX, specifically OTC derivatives.
- A high level of organizational and rigorous skills.
- Microsoft Pack Office Advanced Knowledge.
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English language.
Job Description:
Business Banker CTS Specialist are the CM Sales specialists focused in FX Derivatives business for IPB business banking clients.
They are IPB staff with the specific knowledge of complex derivative products and training for an adequate sale of this sophisticated instruments.
They are responsible for the advice of FX Derivatives clients advisory service, ensuring that the clients hedging/risk management needs are properly served and responsible of designing and proposing to the client mitigant actions in case such portfolios deviate from the client’s objectives.
Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the market, industry and regulatory trends in FX and taking decisions based on this knowledge.
CTS Sales support the Business Banking relationship managers with the day-to-day relationship with the client, nevertheless KYC and suitability testing responsibilities remain as an essential activity of the Business Banking RM regardless of the involvement of a CTS Sales.
