      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct daily outreach through various channels to engage with Business Banking clients and deliver exceptional service
      - Collaborate with service teams to resolve client issues and address feedback effectively
      - Consult with clients to understand their cash flow cycles and recommend appropriate banking solutions
      - Build relationships with clients and internal partners to facilitate referrals to specialists
      - Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory banking requirements while following established processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a portfolio management role or related business/customer service experience
      - Proficient in customer contact through inbound and outbound calls and video conferencing
      - Strong written communication skills with individuals at all levels
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a balanced work approach to achieve business objectives
      - Proven ability to build relationships and influence others in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      - General knowledge of core Business Products and Services, including Deposit, Lending, and Cash Management
      - Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
