What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned business coaching customers, ensuring effective communication with the Business Performance Coach
- Organize and prioritize tasks to deliver a consistent business coaching experience
- Collaborate with the Business Performance Coach to enhance customer retention and engagement
- Maintain accurate records of coaching activities in the CRM system
- Identify new revenue opportunities and provide timely communication to influence customer decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Requires a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in fields such as accounting, mathematics, data science, or statistics
- Minimum of five (5) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting, organizing, and disseminating information accurately
- Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution business and independent community pharmacy operations
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
