      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide consultancy and training on employer products and service implementations in your area of expertise
      - Deliver on-site and remote consultancy/training sessions via webinars or screen-sharing
      - Conduct presentations and demonstrations for clients as needed
      - Contribute to the development of new consultancy offerings for newly developed software and services
      - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback on products and services to internal stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Expertise and extensive up-to-date knowledge in Benefits (CTR/CTS and/or Housing Benefits)
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to problem-solve in demanding circumstances
      - Ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple projects
      - Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of employer products or services
      - Experience with integration/interfaces related to employer's products
      - Background in working with customers and/or external agencies
      - Experience delivering training and/or seminars
      - Familiarity with Revenues and Benefits migration projects
