What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality consultancy to UK Police and Fire Services customers, focusing on Control Room products and services
- Act as a subject matter expert in the delivery and configuration of Control Room products
- Engage with customers to understand operational requirements and recommend solutions
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations for clients as needed
- Contribute to the development of new consultancy offerings for newly developed software and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Practical consultancy experience in UK Control Room environments, preferably with police or fire services
- Proven expertise in Control Room Command and Control Systems, Computer Aided Dispatch Systems (CAD), or Integrated Communication Systems
- Strong understanding of UK public safety operations, including legislative and compliance considerations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in delivering presentations
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Up-to-date knowledge of Incident & Case Management Systems and Data Migration & Systems Integration
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile
- Experience with technology suppliers in the public safety sector
