What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive successful implementation and optimization of healthcare claims software solutions for clients
- Support end-to-end healthcare claims software implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored software solutions
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance of healthcare claims software project deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Care Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in business analysis and process improvement in healthcare
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with healthcare plans, claims, and benefits administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system configuration, design, development, and implementation of healthcare applications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and supporting project deliverables
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using SQL queries in Oracle for data analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with HealthRules Payer or equivalent core systems
- Proven relationship management skills with clients and stakeholders
- Strong project organization skills to deliver complex software projects
