      Job Overview:
      As a Business Continuity Mana***ment Contractor at *** HealthCare, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business continuity planning efforts. The successful candidate will support the Business Continuity Mana***r and Global Leader for Business Continuity & Resilience and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to assess current practices, develop robust tools and templates, and facilitate comprehensive planning processes that strengthen our resilience and readiness to respond effectively to unforeseen events.

      Responsibilities:
      1. Assessments & Plan Documentation: Assist in the development, review, and documentation of business continuity plans, protocols, and procedures, ensuring clarity, completeness, and accessibility. Conduct business impact analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments to identify critical processes, dependencies, and vulnerabilities, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies and recovery plans.
      2. Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of business continuity efforts and report to senior mana***ment.
      3. Tool & Template Enhancements: Enhance tools, templates, and documentation to support various aspects of business continuity planning, including risk assessments, business impact analyses (BIAs), recovery strategies, and plan maintenance.
      4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departmental leads to assess existing business continuity plans, identify gaps, and gather input for improvement.
      5. Process Enhancement: Evaluate current business continuity planning processes and workflows to streamline and enhance efficiency, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
      6. Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to educate employees on business continuity principles, procedures, and their roles and responsibilities in the event of a disruption.
      7. Testing and Exercise Support: Support the execution of business continuity tests, exercises, and simulations to validate plan effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and enhance organizational resilience.
      8. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze emerging trends, threats, and regulatory chan***s affecting business continuity and crisis mana***ment, providing recommendations for enhancements and updates to existing plans and processes.

      Qualifications:
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Mana***ment, Emer***ncy Mana***ment, or related field (or equivalent experience).
      - 3+ years of experience in business continuity planning, crisis mana***ment, or related disciplines, preferably in a corporate environment.
      - Strong understanding of business continuity principles, methodologies, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301, NFPA 1600).
      - Proficiency in developing business continuity tools, templates, and documentation using software applications such as Smartsheets, Teams, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or specialized BC software.
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively enga*** and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
      - Certification in Business Continuity Mana***ment (e.g., CBCP, CBCI) or relevant professional certifications is a plus.
