      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor potential threats affecting operations and act as an Incident Leader during crises
      - Develop and implement emergency communication plans as needed
      - Conduct business impact analyses and support the business continuity planning process
      - Coordinate disaster recovery plan development and testing with relevant teams
      - Provide training and maintain up-to-date emergency office procedures for staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience in Business Continuity preferred
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Knowledge of MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Business Continuity certification (e.g., Associate or Certified Business Continuity Professional)
      - Cross-functional project management experience
      - Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities
      - Proven experience supporting business continuity programs and documentation
      - Strong attention to detail and highly organized
