      What's it like to work here?

      You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to provide financial insights, analysis, and reporting to drive business growth. In this role you play a crucial part in the development and execution of the local Generating Demand strategy, with a focus on optimizing sales investments and ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines.

      This role is located at our Stockholm office, and you report to our Sr. Business Controller. Since this is a Nordic role, you can be based in Denmark or Norway as well.

      Your job

      In our dynamic department, you will play a significant role with the following key responsibilities:

      • Participate in the development process of the local Generating Demand strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales and other stakeholders.
      • Prepare, analyze, and communicate specific sales, marketing and trade reporting, linking actuals with dynamic forecast and identifying risks and opportunities.
      • Serve as the ambassador and co-pilot between the finance community and Generating Demand teams.
      • Lead value-added analysis and insight for the Generating Demand teams regarding Allowances, Trade and Marketing performance.
      • Enhance Sales, Marketing, and Finance business acumen through training and ongoing financial support.
      • Build close relationships with Generating Demand team members to understand their business needs and drive alignment with key stakeholders.
      • Provide full back up support to the Senior Business Controller and other functional controlling areas.
      • Monitor the evolution of sales Overheads and Retail Operations spend, providing advice on annual resource planning and variance tracking.
      • Act as the custodian of internal controls, ensuring sales/cost practices comply with guidelines.

      Who are you?

      We are looking for a self-driven, open-minded, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. We believe that you have an analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills. In this role, it is crucial to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills due to all the stakeholders. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment while also maintaining an attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. We also believe that you have:

      • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
      • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
      • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
      • Experience with SAP or other ERPs is a plus.
      • Fluency in English is a must. Swedish or other Nordic language is a plus.
