- Has proven experience in accounting, controlling, finance.
- Is fluent in Polish and advanced in English (written & spoken).
- Has a clear criminal record.
- Is able to manage various tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality
- Has strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
- Is proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Holds a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
- Possess experience in matrix organizations
- Live in or around Warsaw or Polkowice/Głogów/Lubin also their surrounding areas with travelling once or twice a month to the other branch.
- Month end closing activities with cooperation with accounting department.
- Monthly reporting of the company results to the Group with variances explained.
- Yearly budget preparation with support of Management Team.
- Oversee financial processes, reporting, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide timely and transparent business and financial analysis for management decisions.
- Identify and raise red flags in case of business risks.
- Develop and implement reporting, forecasting, and controlling standards.
- Responsible for cooperation with external Accounting department on Financial Statement and tax compliance.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders e.g. Sales team and Accounting department in Prague, Czech Republic.
- Cooperate with external accounting company, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct cost monitoring and implement efficiency improvements.
- Successfully support new ERP system implementation.
- Support financial knowledge development across the team.
- Employment contract from November 1, 2025 to December 30, 2026. After one year, consideration will be given to extending the position.

Business Controller
We are looking for a Business Controller who will play a key role in supporting the Country Manager and the management team. This position involves leading, structuring, and improving financial and administrative processes within the Polish entity of Epiroc. The role requires providing accurate financial and business analysis, ensuring compliance with statutory and group requirements, and fostering a collaborative, customer-oriented culture.
