What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with the Scrum team to understand business requirements related to claims processing monitoring
- Explore Enterprise Data Warehouse (UDW) tables to identify relevant data attributes and evaluate data completeness, quality, and usability
- Perform data analysis to detect patterns and anomalies in claims processing
- Develop and deliver summary reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and security standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of medical claims data and knowledge of claims processing
- Ability to query and analyze large datasets in Teradata and Snowflake environments
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data warehouses and cloud-based platforms (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies

- Experience working independently after initial onboarding
- Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with business and technical teams
