What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data-focused requirements analysis and documentation for project deliverables
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT for requirements clarification
- Support functional testing, including end-to-end data testing and UAT testing
- Facilitate effective communication regarding defect resolution during QA activities
- Coordinate with off-shore development teams to address time zone challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst
- Strong time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in an agile team environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform end-to-end data-focused testing/verification based on defined business scenarios

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- PL/SQL experience is a plus
- Familiarity with distributed teams is desirable
- Ability to define product acceptance criteria effectively
- Experience creating feature roadmaps in collaboration with business groups
