What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the liaison between Business Development, call center teams, and facility operations to ensure effective communication
- Monitor pending admissions and assist in expediting referral processing while tracking patient progress
- Utilize Salesforce and other systems to track leads, generate reports, and maintain digital files
- Manage scheduling and logistics for team meetings, events, and facility tours
- Enhance client experience by building relationships with community partners and identifying opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, business development, or behavioral health operations
- Strong understanding of behavioral health and best practices for treating substance use and co-occurring disorders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with sales operations and referral-based business environments
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or a related field
- Experience in a client- or referral-driven environment
