      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning
      - Manage the company's CRM and pipeline management system, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities
      - Develop effective marketing strategies and create compelling content to support business development
      - Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and refine content
      - Support client engagement activities, including customer satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, journalism, market research, or business
      - 1+ years of experience in business development processes for an engineering or construction contractor serving government clients
      - Proficiency in CRM management for tracking and optimizing business development activities
      - Experience in B2B, with a strong preference for candidates with B2G/government, construction, or energy sector experience
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Spanish fluency is a plus
      - Experience with market intelligence tools like GovWin, EzGovOpps, or BidPrime
      - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Microsoft Dynamics Sales
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and report performance metrics
      - Ability to work both collaboratively and independently while managing tasks with minimal oversight
