Responsibilities include:
• Develop, plan, and schedule proposals
• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications
• Analyze historical data and develop estimates for proposal pricing efforts
• Assist with program and site strategy
• Develop and enhance digital tools to support efficient estimating and comprehensive reporting. Bachelors degree
Customer service or business development/sales experience
Experience with Excel and Data Analysis Cost estimating and government proposal/contract experience
Macro writing and Pivot Table experience in Excel
Experience with SQL
