- Remote work after 4 weeks of on-site training! (Must be local for training)
- Competitive pay: $16.00 per hour!
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8AM to 5PM; NO WEEKENDS!

- Scheduling appointments for the Service Department
- Ensure customer retention by providing extraordinary customer service
- Use multi-line phone system to receive high volume inbound calls
- Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing service retention by using multiple forms of communication
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
