      Job Description

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Namibian Citizen.

      • Grade 12.

      • Relevant Insurance qualification (will be an added advantage).

      • Relevant Tertiary qualification.

      • At least 3 years short term insurance underwriting experience (Personal or Commercial)

      • Computer Literacy: OMSIC systems (Salesforce, TIA) will be an advantage.

      • Microsoft Programs: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

      • Must have own transport for the execution duties in Windhoek.

      • Negotiating skills

      • Sales experience in the service industry

      Job Description:

      • Develop and maintain optimum relationship with brokers.

      • Continuous development to ensure effective service delivery to all intermediaries and clients.

      • Develop New Business opportunities within the commercial and corporate lines.

      • Provide Commercial and Corporate quotations.

      • Policy renewal reviews and general administration support services to intermediaries.

      • Providing a first point-of-contact query resolution service to intermediaries in respect of Commercial and Corporate Lines.

      • Providing customer service in line with quality and performance standards; and

      • Adhering to agreed processes to deliver targeted operational results.

      • Conduct intermediary visits in accordance with the set engagement plan.

      • Execute any other relevant duties as may be required.
