- Grow and manage sales within assigned accounts, developing strong relationships across Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership.
- Identify and pursue new business with underdeveloped kitchen manufacturers.
- Promote Hafele's full product offering, including functional hardware, kitchen organization, fasteners, and lighting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and dealer networks to ensure aligned efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with Hafele colleagues on dealer feedback, product needs, and market trends.
- Present new product launches and act as knowledgeable resource on Hafele's solutions.
- Participate in team strategy sessions and contribute ideas for growth and improvement.
- Advocate for dealer needs, regardless of whether sales are direct or through a manufacturer.
- A professional, proactive team player with strong relationship-building and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Defined territory consists of kitchen manufacturers and dealers in MN, WI, IA & the Dakotas. (Role is based in one of these areas but ideally MN)
What We're Looking for:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University. Considerations will be made for additional training programs or equivalent combination of education and experience. This individual must have a degree of applicable market and product knowledge. Position requires high degree of comfort in dealing with various level of decision-makers.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
