Identify , engage, and convert new business opportunities (Road, Air & Ocean)
Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with RXO's strategic goals (UK Export & Import)
Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions
Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using outbound efforts, networking, and CRM tools
Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and implementation teams to deliver seamless client onboarding
Use our CRM to maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, forecasts, and client engagements
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics , freight forwarding , or supply chain solutions
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative, solutions-based selling environment
Strong understanding of European logistics networks and customer pain points
Ideally located in the south, or a willingness to be in the office a few times each month
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a strategic mindset
Fluency in English is required ; additional European languages are a plus
Willingness to travel and meet customers across the UK and Europe
