Prospect new partnership opportunities which align with our team strategy
Assist with the execution of partnership contracts
Manage the timeline and process for a program agreement with internal and external teams, including meeting materials and onboarding documentation
Transition newly-won Partnerships to going-live with CreditWise by working with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Lead recurring Partnership meetings and own expansion opportunities for mutual growth
Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results
Strong analytical, project management, presentation, marketing, and creative skills
Proven ability to negotiate and influence senior level decision makers
Ability to make strategically bold decisions in a disciplined, fact-based manner
Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate intellectual rigor
Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a competitive and dynamic environment
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, Strategy OR Account Management

It’s an exciting time for partnerships at CreditWise, as we’re actively expanding our product offering and reach through partnerships. In addition to driving new sign-ups via traditional paid channels, the partnerships team aligns with third-parties to empower their users with tools to improve their financial well-being. As a Manager on the Business Development team, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing the network of partners. You’ll think strategically about how to identify key opportunities for optimizations, and collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts and product teams. This role will empower you to create and develop best practices surrounding Partnership onboarding and management. We’re looking for a Manager who is passionate and energized by the opportunity for creative problem solving in order to meet our ambitious goals.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $160,200 - $182,800 for Manager, Business DevelopmentCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
