      At Freight Club, we’re on a mission to revolutionize how large goods move across North America—and we’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us get there faster.

You’ll be the driving force behind our outbound sales strategy, building relationships with top eCommerce brands, FBM sellers, and vendors looking to scale smarter with drop-shipping and LTL/parcel solutions.

      What You’ll Be Doing

      • Win New Business: Identify, engage, and close mid-market and enterprise clients—especially in high-growth verticals like furniture, home goods, fitness, and other large-item categories.
      • Own the Sales Cycle: From first touch to signed contract, you’ll lead discovery, demos, proposals, and handoffs with precision and confidence.
      • Expand Our Reach: Use outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, trade shows) to build a strong pipeline and open new verticals.
      • Be the Brand: Represent Freight Club at industry events and client meetings across the U.S., building trust and visibility.
      • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to deliver tailored solutions that solve real logistics challenges.

      What You Bring

      • Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in freight, logistics, eCommerce, or SaaS shipping platforms.
      • Industry Know-How: Solid understanding of LTL, large-parcel shipping, or eCommerce fulfillment. Bonus if you know dropshipping or 3PL.
      • Sales Excellence: A true hunter with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and turning cold leads into long-term partners.
      • Strategic Thinking: You understand customer pain points and can craft compelling, ROI-driven proposals.
      • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), prospecting tools, and sales enablement platforms.
      • Strong Presence: Confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and represent our brand with polish.
      • Self-Starter: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and love building from the ground up.

      Bonus Points If You Have:

      • Experience selling to Shopify brands, Amazon FBM sellers, or digital-native verticals.
      • A background in launching new markets, products, or outbound sales channels.
      • Participated in trade shows or events in logistics, eCommerce, or retail tech.

      Compensation

      The Compensation Range for this role is between $60,000 and $75,000 plus attractive quarterly and annual bonuses. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. We offer a comprehensive range of benefits which includes:
