Job Description

- Previous experience in Business Development, specifically within 3pl Contract logistics
- Understanding of the sales process/mentality in terms of customer engagement
- Understanding of marketing campaigns and how different channels are utilised to ensure the best results
- Lead new customer pursuits through the identification, management and delivery of new business (high value)
- Conduct research meetings with the customers and leverage coach network to understand the customer's organization, requirements and business objectives.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers in the Retail, Consumer & Convenience sector and develop a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Work with Product and Sector development teams to identify and develop differentiated solutions for customer needs.

Position: Business Development Manager - Consumer & Convenience
Location: Remote (with regular business travel)
Salary: £65,000-£70,000 OTE
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
