- Req#: 49738
- Implement annual Business Development Plan with focus on budgeted growth.
- Work closely with internal support departments (Operations, Finance, Communications Center, IT, Legal, Compliance, Revenue Cycle).
- Monitor business development initiatives per operating location on a regular basis and report assessment to the Director of Business Development.
- Work closely with lead generation team to identify green growth opportunities and sales forecasting.
- Evaluate competitor activity and intelligence.
- Stay up to date with GMR’s innovative solutions.
- Regularly meet with perspective clients in order to understand service needs, and act as an “advocate” for customers.
- Participate in short and long-term action plans or initiatives based on the needs of the organization’s business development strategies.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of current healthcare issues and changes in healthcare.
- Participate in regularly scheduled KPI calls, attend meetings, client functions and sponsorship activities to enhance the image of AMR while strengthening customer relations.
- Maintain SalesForce sales pipeline and ONIT contract database.
- Coordinate, write and produce responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for new or current business.
- Participate in relevant local and national associations and organizations.
- Assist with presentation materials for presentation at meetings and conferences.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years in healthcare business to business sales.
- Experience in customer relations or customer service.
- Working knowledge of SalesForce and MS Power Point.
- Must strong presentation skills both in person and virtually.
- Ability to travel (potentially up to 80% of the time to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY).
- Salary Range $90,000K-$105,000K
