      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement strategies for territory management and business development
      - Provide travel agents with promotional materials and collateral
      - Educate travel agents on features and benefits of Carnival Cruise Line products
      - Enhance promotional effectiveness and provide feedback reports
      - Identify and develop incremental sales opportunities and manage territory budget
      - Lead seminars, participate in trade shows, and maintain accurate agency database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
      - Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills
      - Experience in relationship-sales within the travel industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
