      Hilco Vision is currently seeking a talented and seasoned Business Development Manager to elevate our sales efforts across the big box retail, outdoor leisure, and pharmacy sectors. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional with a strong track record in managing key accounts and driving growth in both retail and consumer product spaces.

      The Manager plays a pivotal role as a customer partner liaison. This position is crucial for demonstrating strategic leadership, effective communication, and robust business acumen while managing our diverse portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will leverage industry expertise and data-driven insights to foster innovative thinking, set challenging objectives, and balance customer and team needs effectively.

      As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, nurturing high-value relationships, and expanding our footprint across multiple channels, including major pharmacy chains such as CVS and Walgreens.

      A little bit about you:

      • 5+ years of sales experience in the personal care or similar industry
      • Proven success working with big box retailers and national pharmacy chains (CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc.)
      • Familiarity with the outdoor leisure market is a strong plus
      • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
      • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to sales strategy
      • Experience in creating and managing account strategies, sales plans, and proposals

      What you'll do and how you'll make an impact:

      • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals
      • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in personal care, outdoor leisure, big box retail, and pharmacy sectors
      • Present and sell products to both new and existing accounts, with a focus on expanding presence in big box retailers (e.g., Publix, Target, Safeway) and pharmacy chains (e.g., CVS, Walgreens)
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing a strong and scalable sales pipeline
      • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads
      • Analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to inform decision-making
      • Develop compelling business proposals and lead negotiations on pricing, packaging, and delivery terms
      • Resolving client issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
