What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BSc in Biology, Molecular Biology, or Life Sciences
- 5-7 years of sales experience in a Life Science company
- Genomic experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of double-digit growth
- Strong CRM Pipeline Management experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Masters or PhD Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, or an MBA
- Experience in strategic, consultative, and relationship selling
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well with other departments and customers
