What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the writing and review of Government Requests For Proposal (RFP) for construction projects
- Analyze Government RFPs and identify competitive opportunities
- Maintain and manage the business pipeline for the Engineering Business Unit
- Coordinate with Operations Directors to gather necessary documentation for proposals
- Oversee proposal support and ensure compliance with RFP requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development for engineering and construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of proposal structure and experience in managing federal proposals ranging from $10M to over $200M
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
