      Responsibilities

      We are looking for talented individuals to help Oracle create new pipeline and driving new pipeline across the sales teams – net new, customer upsell and cross sell.

      The BDM will work as a business partner to the sales line managers, creating and executing their business plan, coordinating activities and tracking results. They will support the SDR lead nurture and ensure existing pipeline is progressing.

      • Identify new business opportunities - Own and maintain the definition of the total addressable market and account prioritization.
      • Drive demand generation activities - Create GTM plan in collaboration with various teams and lead outbound campaign/event execution.
      • Governance and stakeholder management – track activity and drive pipeline creation in sales teams.

      What you will bring:

      • Experience in project management and coordination, perhaps as an implementation
      • consultant, training coordinator or project manager.
      • Sales or bus dev experience would be beneficial.
      • Understand how to get people to collaborate and drive progress in a complex environment.
      • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall BD strategy.
      • Flexible – able to adapt without frustration and thrives with change and ambiguity.
      • Highly organised, productive, helpful.
