      Nous recherchons un représentant au développement des affaires (BDR) pour notre équipe.       Ce que nous recherchons

      • Expérience de partenariat avec nos équipes commerciales pour hiérarchiser les listes de comptes cibles régionales et sélectionner les comptes à cibler en fonction de nos objectifs commerciaux

      • Communiquer couramment en français et en anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit)

      • Expérience de la réalisation d'activités sortantes intensives (plus de 70) par jour entre les appels, les e-mails, la vente sur les réseaux sociaux et les messages vidéo

      • Découvrez la prospection par le biais de messages et de jeux de vente très ciblés, notamment la sensibilisation sociale, le courrier électronique, le téléphone, Alyce, les événements

      • Expérience de l'atteinte des quotas trimestriels et de la collaboration étroite avec les équipes commerciales pour atteindre les objectifs fixés

      • Expérience de l'engagement et de la communication efficaces avec les cadres supérieurs et vice-présidents, de la compréhension et de la prise en charge de leurs besoins commerciaux spécifiques

      • Expérience dans l'élaboration de campagnes de sensibilisation convaincantes pour stimuler l'engagement

      What you can expect

      We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) for our team. This position involves teamwork, excellent written and verbal communication, and a desire to deliver happiness to our prospects and customers. As a BDR, you’ll play a crucial role in researching and prospecting businesses, aiming to generate qualified opportunities for our sales teams.

      About the Team

      BDRs are responsible for completing 70+ outbound activities daily, utilizing various channels such as calls, emails, social selling, and video messages. It’s important to note that many of these outbound activities will result in rejection from prospects. We need people who can handle rejection well and keep pushing for new opportunities, as rejection is a common part of this role.

      What we’re looking for

      • Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)

      • Experience partnering with our Sales teams to prioritize regional target account lists and select accounts to target based on our business objectives

      • Experience conducting heavy (70+) outbound activities a day between calls, emails, social selling, video messages

      • Experience prospecting through highly targeted messaging and sales plays including social outreach, email, phone, Alyce, Events

      • Experience achieving quarterly quotas, collaborating closely with the Sales teams to achieve set targets

      • Experience effectively engaging and communicating with C-level and VP-level Executives, understanding and addressing their specific business needs

      • Experience crafting compelling outreach to drive engagement

      • Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

      • Be able to learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learnings

      • Be adaptable and able to handle changing priorities

      • Have a dedicated work ethic and be willing to put in additional effort when needed.

      In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
