What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through strategic outbound campaigns, including email, calling, video, and social selling
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls for both outbound-sourced and inbound demo requests
- Execute prospecting and account mapping to identify key personas and buying committees
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing on ABM strategies and outbound messaging
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly activity targets and SAL quotas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2+ years of experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role, ideally in SaaS or Events/Martech
- Proven success generating meetings with Enterprise companies and high-level stakeholders
- Experience with video selling (Loom, Vidyard, etc.) and social selling (LinkedIn, SalesNav)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages
- A bias for action, with the energy to lift your team while pushing yourself beyond the bar
