- Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to drive leads forward, identify lucrative opportunities, overcome challenges, foster meaningful relationships, secure profitable business deals, and expand our market share
- Identify customer pain points and implement effective solutions to create new and exciting business opportunities
- Provide comprehensive weekly reports detailing prospect activity, lead generation progress, and the status of customer account meetings
- Effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences, ensuring clear understanding and fostering fruitful partnerships
- Stay informed and up to date with the latest Uber Freight products and industry trends, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable and trusted resource
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of outbound sales experience, demonstrating your aptitude for this role
- Showcase a track record of success in B2B selling environments, demonstrating your ability to thrive in similar settings
- Exhibit expertise in utilizing industry-leading tools such as HVS, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Qualified, and LinkedIn Navigator, enabling you to make informed and strategic decisions
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce, an essential skillset for effectively managing customer relationships and driving business growth

Uber Freight is looking for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative II to spearhead revenue growth in close collaboration with our dedicated sales team. In this pivotal role, you will excel at prospecting and nurturing potential customers, while forging strong relationships within the dynamic transportation and logistics industry. For New York-based roles: The salary range for this role is $44,275.00 per year - $66,275.00 per year
For California-based roles: The salary range for this role is $44,275.00 per year - $72,300.00 per year
For Colorado-based roles: The salary range for this role is $36,225.00 per year - $60,250.00 per year
For Washington-based roles: The salary range for this role is $44,275.00 per year - $66,275.00 per year
