      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively contact new and existing clients via phone and email to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
      - Leverage marketing strategies to grow the customer base across key service areas such as Industrial Construction and Electrical Testing
      - Respond to inbound phone calls and web inquiries promptly and professionally
      - Schedule and organize meetings between clients and the Business Development team or Project Managers
      - Record customer interactions and follow-up activities in Salesforce for accurate tracking and engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of technical field-level sales experience
      - 1+ years of experience in prospecting and growing new markets
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficient in Microsoft Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - B.S. in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Business-related degrees, or extensive field experience
      - Knowledge of the industrial services industry, particularly in electrical services and maintenance contracts
      - Existing relationships within the Midwest region
