- Prospect and engage potential clients via cold calls, email outreach, networking, and site visits
- Develop and execute sales strategies that target key decision-makers (e.g., HR leaders, operations managers, hiring teams)
- Build and manage a pipeline of B2B sales opportunities
- Conduct client meetings to assess hiring needs and present customized staffing solutions
- Negotiate and close client contracts
- Serve as the face of our brand at industry events and client meetings
- Collaborate with our internal recruiting team to ensure successful placements
- 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition experience (manufacturing industry is a plus)
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and in-person relationship-building
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel locally throughout San Diego, Orange, and/or Los Angeles counties
- $70K–$75K base salary + uncapped commissions
- Remote work flexibility with regular in-person client visits
