Nazdar inks are primarily used by printers in the Point of Purchase (POP), Banner, Container, Industrial, Metal, Nameplate- Membrane Switch, Roll Label, Sign, and Textile decorating markets.

      About The Job

      Kickstart your sales career in a creative industry! We’re looking for an energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and making an impact. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you’ll qualify marketing leads, research new prospects, and set up conversations that drive our business forward. We provide training, mentorship, and growth opportunities—all within a company that values innovation, creativity, and its people.

      Duties And Responsibilities

      • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and web inquiries.
      • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads.
      • Research target companies and identify the right contacts to connect with.
      • Leverage sales insights to uncover additional growth opportunities within existing accounts, qualify fit, and connect them with the appropriate sales representative.
      • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to our Account Managers.
      • Keep track of all activity in our CRM and share weekly updates with the team.
      • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and outreach strategies.

      Qualifications And Skills

      Required:

      • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
      • Comfortable making phone calls and sending emails to new people.
      • Organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented and eager to learn.
      • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
      • Bonus: internship, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience.

      Preferred:

      • 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service.
      • Experience with CRM systems.
      • Familiarity with B2B sales.
      • Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
