RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will take on global responsibility for the ongoing development and design of processes and associated digital solutions within the area Market to Order (e.g. Customer Success Platform and Digital Commerce Platform) as a key member of a global team
• You will work with the regional business units, focus on the elaboration and implementation of Digital Marketing concepts and drive the Voice of the Customer initiative within CP
• In addition, you will manage corresponding projects and assume budget responsibility
• You will represent the interests of the division in cross OD expert communities and BASF projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in economics or computer science
• Experience in driving digital solutions and managing data (e.g. Power BI, programming languages)
• Experienced in global project and change management, demonstrating your capability to drive initiatives across diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Aptitude for quickly understanding ne w topics, combined with a structured and conceptual approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in commercial roles is a plus, as is a strong collaborative spirit to thrive in a team environment
