      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights into business performance
      - Develop summaries of findings and recommend actions based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
      - Assist in the development, implementation, and validation of predictive models
      - Use analytics to improve processes and forecast potential costs, risks, and profits
      - Collaborate with internal clients to translate business requirements into effective analytics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Public Health, business, healthcare administration, or related field
      - Four years of relevant work experience, including extensive experience using SQL
      - Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft BI, Qlik, or Tableau
      - Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to function with moderate supervision in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data integrity and functional issues related to dashboards
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Strong critical thinking skills to anticipate the needs of various business units
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to document work and communicate progress effectively
