What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Transform broad data streams into actionable insights for business partners within the organization
- Analyze the prospect pipeline to provide insights that drive fundraising activity
- Create reports and data extracts using SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools to inform business processes
- Develop comprehensive data visualizations and reports assessing performance and campaign goals
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor to colleagues while contributing to ad hoc analytics work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, with three years of business intelligence experience
- Experience manipulating data for at least three years
- At least two years of experience in creating/refining data visualizations and dashboard development
- Proven experience working with key stakeholders to provide business analysis that drives performance
- Demonstrated knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, with one year of business intelligence experience
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
- Familiarity with economic conditions and philanthropic trends affecting higher education
