What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Turn data into actionable insights that support key business processes
- Create visual design solutions, reports, and dashboards using analytics tools
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Maintain reporting assets through analysis, coding, testing, and documentation
- Coach less experienced Business Intelligence Analysts and support quality improvement activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, liberal arts, computer science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with health insurance data from a commercial payer
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate reporting needs effectively to meet stakeholder requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a process improvement environment
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira and Miro
- Proven experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
