      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Responsible for data analysis and reporting, including report automation.
      - Acquire data from multiple sources using various business intelligence tools.
      - Generate metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
      - Build dashboards and maintain spreadsheets for business decision-making.
      - Collaborate with various departments to achieve business results.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with advanced skills in Excel.
      - One to three years of related work experience in business analytics, data mining, business intelligence, and report writing.
      - Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
      - Basic competency in relational database concepts and SQL.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Dashboarding skills.
      - Experience in the long-term care or healthcare field.
