What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead business intelligence efforts by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting
- Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
- Produce actionable reports identifying key performance indicators and areas of opportunity
- Drive insights into business and market performance to support evidence-based decision-making
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand clinical and operational needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, informatics, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Healthcare Management, or a related field from an accredited program
- Ability to lead cross-functional team projects and deliver clear reports and presentations
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Seven (7) years of experience working in healthcare or university administration providing data analytics
- Three (3) years of project management experience
- Advanced experience using business intelligence tools such as Cognos, SAS, SPSS, Tableau
- Master’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Healthcare Management, or related field from an accredited program
