Data compare and analysis using SQL and other tools to leverage Thrivent's client data
Create and update visuals using Power BI
Usability testing in Power BI
Build dashboards utilizing Power BI using a variety of data sources: SQL database, Excel, Access, and others
Collaborate with peers, business and IT to better utilize client data
Current Sophomore (Dec. 2025 or May 2026 Graduates) pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business/Data Analytics with a proven history of excellent academic performance (GPA 3.0+)
Prior experience using SQL , Python , SAS, etc.
Interest in creating visuals with data via Power BI or Tableau
