      Summary:
      Designs, builds, tests, migrates, coordinates, coordinates training, and provides customer support (including troubleshooting) for the analytic solutions that support Summa Health. This position requires analysis of the enterprise data of Summa Health, as well as the need to support and collaborate with end users regarding their successful use of data. Collaborates with enterprise leaders to maintain the analytics solutions and continues optimization opportunities for Summa Health.

      Formal Education Required:
      a. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.

      Experience & Training Required:
      a. Two (2) years of experience to include: working with healthcare reporting/ analytic tools as system administrator or operational end user (ie. BI development, data governance, or healthcare analytics).

      b. Must have previous healthcare experience.

      Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
      a. Ability to obtain certification for all relevant tools and applications within 6 months of hire for all application positions, including Epic.
      b. Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
      c. Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      d. Understanding of reporting tools (SQL, Epic Cogito, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and healthcare data (EMR, billing/claims, clinical data).
      e. Experience working in healthcare in the business, operational or clinical areas is preferred.
      f. Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple application teams.
      g. Strong presentation skills.
      h. Ability to work well independently.
      i. Excellent organizational skills.

      c. Up to 10 pounds of lifting on occasion.

      The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
