What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between hospital leadership, clinical leaders, Marketing & Communications, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
- Develop key performance indicators, management dashboards, and balanced scorecards to enhance organizational decision-making
- Provide healthcare analytics support, including predictive analytics and statistical analysis, to generate actionable insights
- Manage projects by defining objectives, developing project plans, and guiding prioritization through analytics
- Create concise and insightful communications in various formats, including PowerPoint and verbal presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with a general Bachelor's degree, or one (1) year with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
- Basic proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Experience in stakeholder requirements gathering and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead stakeholder groups
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of enterprise data warehouses and structured query languages (SQL)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Previous experience in healthcare analytics or a healthcare setting
