      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and development of analytics solutions to address complex business questions
      - Build and maintain reliable data pipelines by integrating, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources
      - Partner with senior leadership to define KPIs and measurement frameworks for strategic initiatives
      - Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations and present findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
      - Proactively identify opportunities where data can drive business value and support the adoption of analytic products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field
      - Expert-level SQL querying skills and database knowledge
      - Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and business metrics
      - Proven track record of influencing business decisions through data storytelling at the executive level
      - Experience leading cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders around data-driven recommendations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using AI and LLM tools to enhance analytical workflows
      - Familiarity with scripting languages (Python or R)
      - Experience in real estate, proptech, or hospitality industries
      - Knowledge of operational analytics, including capacity planning and workforce forecasting
