      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Influence business and product strategy through data-driven insights
      - Analyze and implement business practices to maximize efficiency and quality of customer care
      - Perform deep-dive analyses on customer service data and translate results into actionable business insights
      - Create compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate the customer experience story
      - Design dashboards and reports for partner teams and maintain analytical layers in SQL database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, behavioral sciences, or a similar quantitative field
      - 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally as an analyst in the customer care sector
      - Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets
      - High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities
      - Ability to tell a story using data and make actionable recommendations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience using Looker, Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools
      - Familiarity with subscription-business models and marketing-driven businesses
      - Experience with web analytics and e-commerce payments
